In its ongoing pursuit of technological innovation applied to football, Sevilla FC continues to establish strategic alliances in Asia. Following collaborations in India and China, the Spanish club has now signed an agreement with Korean Gangwon FC under the World Club Alliance Program.
Gangwon FC, a prominent club in the Korean K-League, will benefit from Sevilla FC’s expertise in football development, drawing on the Spanish club’s 134 years of history and recent advancements in training methodologies and technological tools. The alliance aims to enhance Gangwon FC’s growth across various football aspects, aligning with Sevilla FC’s commitment to sharing knowledge beyond direct competition.
The collaboration with Bengaluru United FC in India and the International School Services (ISS) in China laid the groundwork for this model.
